TABLE RESERVATION POLICY

We hold all reserved tables until 8:30pm. If you're running late we'll do our best to accommodate you. But after 8.30 all seats are released in time for the live music.

After 8:30pm, unreserved tables become available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving on time to secure your spot in our intimate speakeasy setting.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK

Strictly no outside food or beverages are permitted in The Dry Spy Knowle under any circumstances.

This policy is in place for two critical reasons:

1. Health & Safety We cannot guarantee the safety of outside food and drink due to unknown allergen content and preparation standards. To protect all our guests and comply with food safety regulations, only items purchased on-site are allowed.

2. Customer Experience Our carefully curated menu of cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar nibbles is designed to complement the authentic 1920s speakeasy atmosphere. Outside items compromise the experience for all guests.

Our Commitment: If you have specific dietary requirements, allergies, or medical needs, please speak to our staff before your visit. We're happy to discuss what we can accommodate from our existing menu.

Enforcement: Any guests found with outside food or drink will be asked to dispose of it immediately or leave the premises. No refunds will be given.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

Enforcement: Anyone found in possession of, using, or dealing illegal drugs will be:

Immediately removed from the premises
Banned from the venue permanently
Reported to the police
Refused any refund

We reserve the right to search bags and refuse entry to anyone we suspect of carrying illegal substances.

The Dry Spy Knowle takes the safety and security of all guests and staff seriously.

Our security team reserves the right to:

Search any person, bag, or belongings before entry or at any time during your visit
Refuse entry to anyone who declines to be searched
Confiscate any prohibited items, including illegal substances, weapons, or dangerous objects

Legal Compliance: Any illegal substances or items found during a search will be:

Confiscated immediately
Handed over to the police
Result in the individual being removed from the premises and banned permanently

Refusal to Cooperate: Anyone who refuses a search will be denied entry or asked to leave immediately. No refunds will be given.

RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY & SERVICE

We will refuse entry or service to anyone who:

Is behaving in a disruptive, abusive, or threatening manner
Violates any of our venue policies (dress code, age restrictions, no drugs, zero tolerance, etc.)
Has been previously banned from the venue
Fails to provide valid ID when requested
Poses a risk to the safety or enjoyment of our staff or other guests

Our Decision is Final: Management and staff have full authority to refuse entry or service without explanation. No refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided.

Your Cooperation: We ask all guests to arrive sober, behave respectfully, and comply with our policies. This ensures everyone can enjoy the authentic 1920s speakeasy experience we've created.

Groups of 6 or more: We may be unable to accommodate groups of 6 or more people at the same table without a pre-booking.

Due to our intimate venue layout (14 tables, 25 seats), larger groups require advance notice to ensure we can seat you together and provide the best experience.
